A Project is created or uploaded as a Market Basket, Implementation, Blanket, or RFQ to access instant inventory and cost data for your new opportunity using VallenIQ.
Each project should be matched with a Customer in this app so that the right pricing information is automatically filled. Each project can contain over a thousand line items. You can create and upload an unlimited number of projects to VallenIQ.
Projects can be created by Team Leads from the home page by clicking Create New Project or, if you have a file from a customer, Upload Project.
There are a few requirements that RFQs need to meet before they are uploaded to VallenIQ:
- Your quote must be in one of the following formats: .csv, .tsv, .xls, .xlsx, Eagle .sch, KiCad.sch, .SchDoc
- Your quote can contain columns for Customer Line Number, Customer Part Number (CPN), Requested Part Number (RPN), Description, Manufacturer, Vendor, Usage, Priority, Quantities, Customer Last Price, Misc., Unit of Measure (UOM), and Assignee.
