After the customer's project has been uploaded into VallenIQ, you can quickly scrub it so it has good and reliable data.

Part scrubbing involves ensuring that all part numbers are valid and correct. VallenIQ helps you do this by immediately identifying what part numbers need to be cleaned, and enables you to replace those parts by making suggestions for you so you can choose the correct part number.

You can easily tell which part numbers are invalid in the Manufacturer cell.

The rows that show No Vallen Match indicate bad part numbers. Click on the Quoted Part Number cell to look at the suggestions in the Did you mean? tab that VallenIQ has found for you. Also, within the Part Cross References tab you can easily view all cross references.

You can either click Replace, to swap the part out, or click Add to add an alternate.

If you replace a part to a suggested part number or an alternate, then you can always easily view the original requested part number by looking in the RPN column. The RPN will have the original request part number (RPN) bold in orange if the part has been changed.

VallenIQ will remember those fixes and allow you to quickly select them the next time by clicking on Last Pick within the Requested Part Number cell.

Alternatively, by checking Use Last Picked before you upload your quote, any previously fixed part numbers will automatically populate.
