As a super admin or admin for the IRS or QS team, you can view and download reports directly from VallenIQ. To access the reports, select either Teams & Projects or Auto-Match Metrics from the primary navigation drop-down on the top of right each page.
Conversely, you can select My Account then Teams & Projects or Auto-Match Metrics under the Reports section on the left hand side of the page.
Teams & Projects
Once you click on Teams & Projects, you will be redirected to the Teams & Project report tab. You can then select the subject on which team you want your report to focus--ISR or QS. This is done with the drop-down menu (highlighted in red). From there you can further personalize your report by selecting one of the following buttons Quotes, Summary, and Owners (highlighted in green)
- Note: The QS team only has access to Summary and Owners reporting
The data within each report can be sorted by columns. Each report can be downloaded. Select the Download Format in the dropdown on the top right of the Reports section, choose between xlsx, csv, and tsv file formats, and then click the download button
Lastly, you can access any project directly from this Reports page by clicking on the Project Name.
Quotes
If you decided to use the Quote option for the report, please keep in mind of these important fields:
- 'Total Price': Calculated based on the prices associated with the break selected for your line items in the Requested Quantity column of your quotes.
- If a requested quantity break is not selected for line items, prices for this line will not count towards the Total Price.
- 'Converted': The value will appear as "Yes" if at least one line item in the quote has been converted to SX.e. If not, the value appears as "No".
Download
Once you have successfully configured your report, you can download it by clicking into Download Format, selecting the appropriate file type (CSV, TSV, XLSX) from the drop-down menu, and clicking the Download button.
- Note: You must first select a file type of the download button will be grayed out and unclickable. The drop-down menu of "Download Format" will indicate that you have not selected a file type.
Auto-Match Metrics
You can also keep track of key performance metrics related to VallenIQ by using the Auto-Match Metrics reporting.
Please keep in mind that this report contains metrics related to the auto-match rate of line items uploaded to VallenIQ. Only data from Closed projects will be available and the report will be downloaded in .xlsx format. The downloaded file will contain the following sheets:
- Summary All Projects
- Summary By Project
You will be able to generate this report by simply clicking on what team you want to focus on by selecting the corresponding buttons (highlighted in red) and clicking on Download Report.
