Selecting your Project Preferences

After you confirm your Customer Information, you'll be able to select your Quote Preferences of pre-fillable pricing sources. 

Alternates & Exclusive Brands

If choosing Yes, you will need select either Add EB Alternate or Priority Automatch.

If choosing No, these options will be removed.

 

Project Preferences

Pricing & Availability Preferences: 

This checkbox allows admins to Choose whether to auto-load price and available inventory data for your line items. Note that this data will not be available when a customer account has not been added to the quote header.

Cost Preferences:

The following options, when checked, will automatically pre-populate a price for each part based on the hierarchy (ordered from highest priority to lowest priority). You can drag the options to reorder if desired to a different priority.

• Standard Cost
• Replacement Cost
• Rebate Cost
• Last Quoted Cost
• Last Ordered Cost 

Last Pick Settings: Checking the Use Last Pick box automatically corrects unknown part numbers with the last chosen correction for those parts.

Click on Save Project to finish uploading.
