You can update multiple items by using Group Edit.
Group Edit Multiple Line Items
If you want to adjust multiple lines, you can do so using the Group Edit drop-down menu. You will have the option to:

Change Status
-
Set Comment
- Deselect All
- Create & Update
- Adjust GP %
- Change Selected Requested Quantity
- Set Usage & Requested Quantity
- Set Order Dates
- Import Data
- Clear Line Items
Select the boxes (in the left-most column of the line items) of the items you want to group edit OR filter by a category that you want to group edit and check the Select All box.
This is great for selecting all items within a certain category and being able to change all of them at once.
You can also use the Group Edit function to select and update multiple alternate parts, independent of their parent line items.
To deselect your current line items, you can select the same dropdown for Group Edit and click on the option for Deselect All.
Group Edit: Selected Req. Qty
When Group Editing Selected Requested Quantity, You'll first need to specify which Req. Qty you want to select.
If the selection will not apply to all of selected lines, the following error message will appear and the Req. Qty will only be selected for applicable lines.
If no selected lines include the selected Req. Qty, this message will appear and no Req. Qtys will be selected.
