It's easy to quote with all possible sources of pricing data at your fingertips.
Cost Column
The Cost column will show you the price that has been pre-populated for each line item on your list.
Cost Source Indicators
Within the Price column, you will find Price Source indicators listed with the following:
SC - Standard Cost
RPC - Replacement Cost
RBC - Rebate Cost
QH - Last Quoted Cost
OH - Last Ordered Cost
If any of the cost source icons are grayed out, then no cost is available via those sources.
If the cost source icons are displayed in blue text, then costs for those sources are available. Hovering over the icon will indicate what the cost is.
If the cost source icons are highlighted with a blue box, then the cost matches the quoted cost for that line item.
Cost History
Clicking on the Cost cell in your List will open up the Cost Details for that part. This detailed cost window, including the tabs Quote History and Order History, will show you everything around that customer's order and quote history.
Using the Cost Details tab, you can view the various prices for this customer for this particular part. Including, what has been quoted in the past, as well as some graphs that will help to illustrate quoting and order frequency, volume, and cost fluctuation.
Standard Cost
Line items that have standard costs will now display in VallenIQ. If a standard cost is available, the 'SC' flag will display with blue text.
Quote History
VallenIQ provides details of where a part has been quoted on the Quote History tab. This includes the Total Cost, Last Quoted Cost, Min. Quoted Cost, Max Quoted Cost, Last Quoted Price, Min Quoted Price, and Max Quoted Price.
Order History
The Order History tab includes the purchase history for that specific part ID to other customers.
Quote Cost
The Quote Cost column will automatically calculate a price for you based on the current cost and quantity requested. You change the amount by manually entering and clicking on Set.
SPA Cost
Line items uploaded with SPA Cost will be selected at a higher priority than those without SPA cost.
