There are 2 ways to create a Project:

  • Click on Upload Project to upload your customer's RFQ (in any of the following formats: csv, .tsv, .xls, .xlsx, Eagle .sch, KiCad.sch, .SchDoc),
  • or click Create New Project to add a Market Basket, Implementation, Blanket, or RFQ project. Add unlimited part numbers and get instant inventory and cost data for your new opportunity.

Upload Project

If you already have a file from a customer, the quickest way to upload your RFQ is from the dashboard page.

By clicking Upload Project and choosing a file on your computer, you can quickly upload your customer's file and begin working on it in VallenIQ.

- Preview shows around 1,000 rows

Create New Project

Click Create New Project to start with an empty project and add line items later. 

You'll first need to enter your project information. This includes details, such as:

  • Project Name
  • Customer Account
  • Ship To Suffix
  • Warehouse
  • Contact Name
  • Contact Phone
  • Contact Email
  • Address
  • Vertical & Team Lead
  • Project Due Date
  • Project Type
  • Notes

When you arrive at your empty Project, you'll be able to add line items by:

  • copying and pasting part numbers
  • uploading a project
  • adding parts individually using Search results
